| I. We work together
as a husband & wife Realtor team. This two-gender approach has proven
very successful. It enables us to better match personalities when working
with two-gender Buyers or Sellers. It also enables us to cover for each
other during the many "peaks and valleys" of our very demanding
profession. We limit the number of Buyers and Sellers that we are working
with at any given time so we do not "short change" our existing
clients.
II. We are members of the Western North
Carolina Regional Multiple Listing Service. This provides us with access
to and the ability to market all professionally listed properties throughout
both counties. This gives both our Sellers and our Buyers better exposure
to the marketplace.
III. We conduct all of our Real
Estate activities with an emphasis on honesty and excellence in service!
We are both detail oriented and maintain contact with our clients throughout
the process. Whether we are helping "first-time or veteran"
Real Estate clients, we do not take any thing for granted along the way.
Our duty is to inform our clients through each step. We have been in the
service industry all of our professional lives.
IV. We recognize and understand
the importance of being accessible to our clients throughout the process.
We do not restrict ourselves to certain hours or days (within reason.)
We sincerely try to adapt our schedules to our clients needs. We advertise
our office, home, and cell phone numbers. We are as close as one phone
call away. We truly do respond to our clients and as situations occur
during the course of a transaction. This philosophy benefits both our
Buyers and Sellers. We are full-time REALTOR'S, no conflicts with other
jobs.
V. We keep up with technology. We utilize
an email service to accommodate the modern day Buyer or Seller. We utilize
laptop computers and palm pilots to better service our Buyers or Sellers.
This enables us to access information, documents, and records at any time,
whether from the field or from the office. We maintain our own personal
web site, which enables us to attract new Buyers and Sellers. Also, this
allows us to rotate and feature our own personal listings.
VI. We are innovative. We
respect and use traditional methods, however, our clients deserve more.
We promote, market, and solicit for the betterment of our Buyers and Sellers.
Some examples: mailers around targeted neighborhoods to generate Buyers
and Sellers, custom flyers, emailing listing sheets/photos/documents,
detailed "features list" on most listings, creative and nontraditional
photos whenever possible, and virtual tours when appropriate. We work
hard to maintain the respect and working relationship of other Agents
outside our office in order to find suitable Buyers and Sellers for our
clients.
VII. We endeavor to develop
and maintain satisfied, loyal, and happy clients. We have a strong base
of repeat customers and referrals. We have created many friendships throughout
our Real Estate activities. We want to say hi to you when we see you at
the grocery store, not hide from you! We are in this business for profit
and pleasure and we continue to succeed at both. We recognize, that if
we put our clients needs first and then satisfy them, our personal needs
seem to fall into place. We never put compensation ahead of our clients.
You might expect all of the above as "norm."
Unfortunately a lot of what PATTY & ELLIS do as REALTOR'S is not typical
of many other REALTOR'S. We work harder than most others in our profession.
We are persistent without being pushy. We sincerely thank you for your
